I am Founder of a company that supports small business owners and non-profit organizations to reach their full potential by preventing conflict, intervening in conflict, and restoring relationships after conflict. I have a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University’s. Along the way, I’ve also completed certification in interest-based mediation, conflict coaching, and workplace fairness analysis.
