• complex and game-changing “first of their kind” technology transactions, regularly leading in the drafting of necessary documents for corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital deals), software development projects, commercialisation of innovative products, master services agreements and other commercial contracts (including project specific work orders), strategic alliances (such as joint ventures and technology transfer projects), and legal reform;
• advising on regulatory licensing, including telecommunications and content regulation, as well as intellectual property (“IP”) law (e.g. protection, commercialisation) and data protection / cyber-security matters (including notification obligations and incident response plans); and
