Professional background

I am an experienced business professional, consultant and now a senior academic at Curtin Business School, Perth, Western Australia with expertise in HRM practices, policies and procedures and their disruption and relevance for the 21st century. I am also experienced in global people mobility and networks, global human resource management, talent management, working practices, careers and global leadership. In addition I have considerable experience working with small and medium sized businesses implementing value-creating people management systems. I have worked in commerce and academia in North America, Asia and Europe. My experience spans global corporate environments as well as entrepreneurial start-ups and small business development.
