experienced entrepreneur and businessman in the SME sector

acquisitions, flotations and reconstructions. He is Non Executive

Chairman of Ubet2win plc, Zyzygy plc,10 Group plc, The

Lottery plc, Catalyst New Opportunities plc and 7 Group plc, a
