Professional background

I am a 30 years+ qualified chartered accountant. I have led a number of business through a buy and build strategy and a number of successful exits. My most recent role was as Group CFO of a UK Insurance Broker, which was sold to a US listed company Brown and Brown for in excess of £1.3 billion.
